The Private Parking Charge Appeal Pack is digital content delivered instantly. By ticking the consent box at checkout you agreed to immediate delivery and waived the 14-day cancellation right (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, reg. 37).

We refund in full when

The report could not be generated; you were charged twice; or the report is materially defective because of an error on our side (Consumer Rights Act 2015). A rejected appeal is not a defect: the report is information about possible grounds, not a promise of outcome, and appeals are decided by the operator and the appeals services on the evidence. A result of "limited grounds" is a valid, delivered result.
